The Wilderness Grill Restaurants are a themed dining concept comprised of authentically replicated rock formations, waterfalls and majestic redwood forest dining areas.  The architectural elements of the restaurants are designed to evoke the feeling  of a Montana Wilderness Lodge.

Specialty lighting effects such as fiber-optic stars and other theatrical lighting help support the theme.  Sounds effects include authentic wilderness animal treatments as well as a dynamic thunderstorm.  This themed environment brings the American Wilderness to life in the heart of the American city.
