The Sukeena Residence is an existing one-story, Spanish Revival home located in the Historic District of the City of Orange, California.  The design of the project is a carefully crafted expansion of the existing home, the re-configuration of a portion of the interior spaces of the home as well as the introduction of an A.D.U. (Accessory Dwelling Unit) within the existing historic garage.  Falling within the auspices of the City of Orange Historic District, the project has been carefully and thoughtfully designed in order to give the owners the new spaces that they require while remaining within the existing historic fabric and architectural language of the existing home.
