The revised design for Stereo Brewing is intended to merely bring the existing Covid-19 Outdoor Dining up to the standards for Permanent Outdoor Dining as part of an Administrative Use Permit.  The design has been simplified to include to include colorful market umbrellas with festoon lighting, and perimeter steel railing system augmented with raised planters fashioned after wooden beer crates.  A vertical landscaped wall provides a visual terminus for the outdoor patio on the east end while providing an additional landscaped areas.
