Rossi Restaurant – “A Taste for the Seasons”
The design of the Rossi Restaurant will compliment the notion of a “Seasonal Marketplace” through its physical expression of the changing of the seasons. As the menu changes with the seasons, so too will the interiors of the restaurant change and evolve. Warm, red hues in glass for summer will transition to cool, blue glass for the winter season. Come spring, color will burst from fabrics and floral arrangements expressing again the changing of the seasons.
The restaurant itself will be built into a former antique mall in the historical district known as, “The Plaza” in the City of Orange, California by the Rossi Family. This family has a long-standing history within the City of Orange and believe that Rossi Restaurant will contribute to that historic fabric of the city in a meaningful way.
