The proposed retail building located on the corner of Temecula Parkway and Mahlon Vail Road is the third and final project of the expansion of this multi-tenant center located in Temecula, California. The proposed retail building was designed as a compliment to the architecture and color palette of the existing center and the Eco-Express Car Wash building that was built just to the west of the retail building. Flaked by the ubiquitous tower elements in the building of the retail center, the towers become “bookends” to the center portion of the building. Two exterior patios mark the north and south ends of the building.
