The Olinda Alpha Landfill Administration Building Conceptual Design and Feasibility Study was commissioned to TAIT & Associates by the Orange County Public Works Agency.  The Feasibility Study consists of conducting a complete Site Analysis of the current Site and making a determination of the various options that the Facility may utilize for their Long-Range Planning needs.  Several distinct options were considered from remodeling the existing facility that consists of a group of modular trailers to adding modular trailers to the existing facility and options for constructing a new Administration Building using conventional construction methodologies.
