The Healthy Bean is new chain of coffee shops which provide a healthy alternative to the typical ubiquitous and repetitive coffee shop chains. The driving concept behind the design is the expression of water, grass, wood and stone – water as the essence of life, grass as the genesis of growth, wood as the evidence of growth, and stone as the solidity of health. All these materials in nature are expressed in the interior of the coffee shop.
