The scope of work for Fire Station #43 was to complete a series of Master Plan / Site Plan studies to determine the feasibility of using a site adaption of Fire Station #42 in Moorpark for a similar site in Simi Valley.
The project consisted of an 8,000 S.F., two-story, two bay fire station, a 4,000 S.F. training yard and a 5,040 S.F. temporary trailer which would be used for fire district training as well as serve a the local Red Cross facility.
