Located in Tracy, California, “Farm World” consists of a classic Mid-West farm-themed retail center and a farm-themed children’s amusement park.
RETAIL CENTER – Consists of a typical themed “Main Street” with an outdoor living style anchor tenant and specialty food and retail tenants.
CHILDREN’S THEME PARK – Consists of rides and attractions that help tell the story of the hard work and dedication of the American farmer. Rides, attractions, food and retail facilities include:
- Year-round corn maze
- Antique train ride
- Kiddie roller coaster
