MASTER PLAN 3-D VIEW
Donnie DeWees was the Senior Project Manager for an indoor theme park located along the Moscow River. This indoor theme park consists of eight unique theme lands each containing their own themed rides and attractions along with quick-serve and sit-down dining facilities and similarly themed retail facilities. Donnie took on the following additional roles:

- Food Facility Programming and Design
- Retail Facility Programming and Design
- Project Management
Donnie DeWees worked on this project while a Senior Project Manager for another firm.
The Theme Park consists of three “lands”:
- SNOW QUEEN’S CASTLE – Based on a Russian story, the very epicenter of the Theme Park
- CARSLAND – An Autopia-Style land.
- FAIRYTALE VILLAGE – The primary “Main Street” of the Theme Park.
- TEENAAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES – A land set in a futuristic metropolis.
- HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA – A haunted house and ride.
- LOST WORLD – A “Jurrassic Park” styled land.
- WYNX – A kids land based on a popular Theme Park in Italy
- SMURF’S VILLAGE – A kids land with their diminutive friends
