Major Southern California Theme Parks

This themed hotel project consists of a Conceptual Master Plan and Conceptual Design and Feasibilty Study developed for a Major Southern California Theme Park. The process was conducted as a series of Design Charettes with Imagineers as well as the Consulting Landscape Architect.

The Project Scope of Work consisted of the following individual entities:

Re-design of the entire pool deck at the existing swimming pool.
Design of a themed children’s water play area and toddler’s pool along with the introduction of iconic Theme Park Elements.
Removal of existing outdated water features and introduction of an Event Lawn Area for private events.
Design of future Recreation Pool and Spa.
Re-design and re-concepting of the existing Fine Dining Restaurant and QSR Food Facility and Cocktail Bar with Outdoor Terrace.
