The Disney Way project is a multi-tenant retail building located a few blocks from the eponymous Disneyland Theme Park. The conceptual design idea was to introduce a continuous steel-framed structure in the front of each building and then use perforated metal panels in a De Stijl inspired pattern and composition to add level of complexity and layering to each existing building box. Suspended metal canopies demarcate entries into individual tenant spaces and the steel-framed structures are turned vertically to incorporate tenant signage.
