Chevy’s San Francisco, located near the Embarcadero, will be the flagship restaurant touting the new Chevy’s design approach. The concept of this urban restaurant is based on a storyline developed by the design team and revolves around two estranged brothers and their lives in a quaint Mexican village.
Conceived as the prominent “Hacienda” in the region, the restaurant will be divided into individual dining room experiences. The bar is conceived as a private estate cantina, the central dining room recalls a Mexican Fiesta frozen in time and a matador’s trophy room occupies a private niche in the otherwise obscure corner of the restaurant.
