CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN
The Site Plan configuration places the Medical Office Building in the center of the site surrounded be the required parking. The Day Care Center is located in the southwest corner of the site giving it a more secluded location while being easily accessible to the Medical Office Building.
CONCEPTUAL BUILDING MASSSING AND EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
The Concept of the Building Massing and Floor Plan is to have the Three-Story Medical Office Building located on the north side of the site and the Three-Story Professional Office Building located on the south side. The area in between will be the central lobby for both buildings and the two buildings are then turned upon that area as a central axis.
The Concept of the Day Care Center is to create a central, T-shaped circulation “spine” around which the various classrooms are organized. This configuration allows for two outdoor playground areas on either side of the building for the separate age groups. The Administrative portions of the building are located around the east side of the building between the Day Care Center and the Medical Office Building.
