The Bedord Residence is located within the Old Towne Orange Historic District.  This Proposed 400 – 469 GSF Accessory Dwelling Until is an addition and remodel of an existing Studio that was constructed within the existing garage.  Several different Conceptual Floor Plans were studied in order to give the client a plethora of options for generating the ideal A.D.U., Guest House or Future Pool House.
